Description

The City of Vancouver (the "City") is seeking proposals from vendors with expertise for the supply and installation of a vehicle based License Plate Recognition (LPR) equipment and supporting technology for three Parking Enforcement vehicles to enforce Resident Parking Permit processes, time limit regulations, pay parking and other potential parking regulations. The solution delivered should be scalable to allow for future expansion of enforcement activities that may include broader area coverage and could require up to an additional 14 vehicles in the contract term.
