This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid solicitation number (47419-214911/A) dated May 7, 2021 with a bid closing date of May 27, 2021.
Only TBIPS SA Holders holding a TBIPS SA for Tier 2 at the time of bid closing, in all required resource categories in this solicitation, in the National Capital Region under the EN578-170432 series of SAs, with a Facility Security Clearance (FSC) at the Secret level, are eligible to
compete.
The TBIPS SA EN578-170432 is incorporated by reference and forms part of this bid solicitation, as though expressly set out in it, subject to any express terms and conditions contained in this bid solicitation. The capitalized terms not defined in this bid solicitation have the meaning given to them in the TBIPS SA.

Requirement This bid solicitation is being issued to satisfy the requirement of Canada Border Services Agency/CBSA (the "Client") for Task-Based Informatics Professional Services (TBIPS) under the TBIPS Supply Arrangement (SA) method of supply. This requirement is for Information Technology (IT) Cyber Security Professional Services.
The Resource Categories described below are required on an as and when requested. All requirements will be authorized through Task Authorizations (TA) issued in accordance with the Contract.

Resources will not be evaluated as part of this bid solicitation. Resources will only be assessed after contract award once specific tasks are requested of the Contractor
It is intended to result in the award of one (1) contract for 1 year plus 2 x 1-year irrevocable options allowing Canada to extend the term of the contract(s).
