Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC), on behalf of Crown-Indigenous and Northern Affairs Canada (CIRNAC), is undergoing a procurement for the Main Construction and Care & Maintenance Manager (MCM-C&M) for the Faro Mine Remediation Project in the Yukon Territory.

Phase One - Request for Qualification for the MCM-C&M tender closed on February 16, 2021, and the evaluation of responses is now complete. The Respondents who were found qualified in Phase One - Request for Qualification, and who have indicated to Canada their intention to participate in Phase Two - Request for Proposal are listed below in alphabetical order:

1. Arcadis Canada and Arcadis U.S. Inc. Joint Venture 2. Parsons Inc.

The Procurement Outlook which was posted on November 11, 2021 to identify current arrangements that support the project, as well as information on anticipated procurements has also been updated. This information is provided to guide the decision-making of suppliers interested in submitting a bid for procurement opportunities associated with the Faro Mine Remediation Project in the Yukon Territory.
