Description

The Board of Education of School District No. 39 (Vancouver) invites the submission of proposals for the RFP21-07JG - Fire Extinguishing, Kitchen Fire Suppression Systems.

It is the intent of the Board to use this RFP process to select a single qualified contractor for the provision of inspection and maintenance services of Fire Extinguishers & Kitchen Fire Suppression Systems at all Board locations.

The initial Contract Term is for a period of three (3) years with an anticipated start date of September 1, 2021 and an option to renew for two (2) additional, 12-month periods

Renewal of the contract for the two additional option periods will be dependent upon discussions and mutual agreement between the Board and the Contractor on service and price, taking into consideration the percentage of increases for the optional years. Such discussions shall commence no sooner than 270 days before, and to be completed 180 days prior to the expiration of the contract term. Price Structure
