Description

This Negotiated Request for Proposals is an invitation by the City of Kamloops to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Landscape Contractor Services.

A synopsis of the Deliverables is as follows: softscape, hardscape, irrigation, new construction, maintenance, repair and collaborative project delivery that may require the successful proponent to engage appropriate design professionals for some projects.

The City estimates an approximate annual spend of up to $4,000,000; however, the aggregate value is based on historical figures and forecasted requirements. At anytime, the actual worth is subject to change and unforeseen developments can result in an increase or decrease in value.

The term of the resulting agreement is to be for a period of one year, with an option in favour of the City to extend the agreement on the same terms and conditions for an additional term of up to four, one year extensions.
