Description

UVic Properties (UVP) is requesting expressions of interest from respondents qualified in operating a business that could utilize 25 acres of lakefront property in Lake Cowichan, British Columbia. UVic Properties is open to ideas that work within the existing Cowichan Valley Regional District zoning (P2) framework and that maintain the site in as much a natural state as possible, observing the original intent of the donation to the University. The successful proponent will sign a 5+ year license/lease and take the site on an as-is where-is basis.
