BC Assessment is seeking a qualified Consultant with a minimum of ten years' experience recruiting in a unionized environment. Preference is for someone with substantive experience recruiting in a Provincial Government or Crown Corporation environment. Recruitment will be for union, excluded administration or management positions. This role will be required on an as and when needed basis to provide relief during time periods of high volume recruitment activity and will provide assistance on project work as required.

BC Assessment anticipates entering into a six-month trial contract with the successful Proponent with four one-year options to renew on substantially the same terms and conditions, at BC Assessment's sole discretion.
