This Request for Proposals is an invitation by Vancouver Community College to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Campus Security Services.

The College is soliciting Proposals for campus security services performed by qualified employees (acceptable to the College and licensed under the requirements of Security Services Act [SBC 2007] Chapter 30) during the times and at locations specified in this document, and for other occasions as may be required by the College. The specified locations are the Broadway Campus located at 1155 E. Broadway Street in Vancouver and the Downtown Campus located at 250 West Pender Street.

The term of the Contract is expected to commence on June 1, 2021 for a three (3) year term with options to renew for an additional two (2) times two (2) year terms at the sole discretion of the College.

A Mandatory Site Visit to view both campuses will take place on Monday November 16th, 2020 starting at 9:00 AM.
