Description

Transport Canada requires the services of a contractor, from April 1, 2021 until March 31, 2022 to conduct surface water and groundwater monitoring, prepare an annual groundwater monitoring report and perform routine/preventative maintenance of the monitoring well network. The contractor is not expected to be on-site during January 1 and March 31 annually, unless operation of the treatment system (containment mode only) is required. Work will be conducted at the former Gloucester Landfill located at 2300 Leitrim Road, south of the Ottawa Macdonald-Cartier International Airport.
