Description

HMMS on behalf of the London Health Science Centre (LHSC) is looking to establish a long-term partnership with a preferred Proponent(s) for the supply and service through a weekly rental model of facilities fire-retardant garments and security uniforms for Facilities and Security Departments at LHSC, to a minimum of 95% of volume commitment. The 5% remaining volume is reserved for the customer to use at their discretion in the event the preferred proponent(s) is unable to supply the requirements per the terms of this agreement.
Product category includes the following but is not limited to:
- Facilities
o Long Sleeve Collared Industrial Work Shirt (Flame Resistant Clothing)
o Work Pants (Flame Resistant Clothing)
- Security
o Cargo Pants
o Long Sleeve Shirt
o Short Sleeve Shirt
o Security uniforms must comply with Ontario Regulation 362/07 under the Private Security and Investigative Services Act
o Uniforms must be 100% latex free
o Uniforms to be provided on a rental basis
o Uniforms to only be issued out of Victoria Hospital
o 100 Security Guards, scheduled as follow:
o Full-time, continental shift - 2 weeks days, 2 weeks nights – 58
o Full-time, Monday-Friday evenings – 2
o Casual with varied rotation – 40
o These numbers are subject to change
