The Town of Athabasca’s Main Lift station has aging electrical components and is in need of
electrical upgrades. The main Lift Station is located in River Front Park, approximately 80 m East
of 48 Street and 80 m North of Highway 55 (shown on The Project location drawing in Appendix
C). The Main Liftstation takes sewage flows from approximately 80% of the Town and is
imperative that the flow is not interrupted
