Description

School District 72 (Campbell River) is requesting proposals from Architectural and/or Engineering firms interested in providing professional services for construction of seven child care facilities in support of the District’s enrollment growth and program changes. The estimated construction cost is up to $1,000,000 for any one location. Required services will include building design, permitting, preparation of construction tendering documents, and construction inspections. The selected architectural and/or engineering firm can provide requested services as either an inter-disciplinary firm or as a lead firm with sub-consultants.

School District 72 (Campbell River) intends to build seven child care facilities at the following school sites:
• Ocean Grove Elementary
• Ripple Rock Elementary
• Sandowne Elementary
• Pinecrest Elementary
• Cedar Elementary
• Quadra Elementary
• Georgia Park Elementary
