This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Halifax Regional Water Commission (“Halifax Water”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Cuvert Renewal Program Engineering Services, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).
