Re: Consultant Services - Regulation Redesign

Notice is hereby given by the City of Vancouver ("City") of its intent to contract with Bill Boons Consulting Services ("BBCS") to support the City's Regulation Redesign Project to simplify and clarify the City's land use regulations.

The project requires a consultant with a good understanding of the City's land use regulations who can provide advice on the intent and application of regulations and assist with drafting and reformatting of the commercial, industrial, heritage, and residential district schedules as well as the general regulations and administrative sections of the City's Zoning and Development By-law.

BBCS has provided support for similar projects at a municipal level and has demonstrated a working knowledge of the subject matter.

The contract is valued at approximately $25,000 for one year with extension options.
