Notice of Intent to Award Marshall Road Connector Land Consulting Services

Notice is hereby given by the City of Abbotsford of its intent to award a contract to Pacific Land Resources Group Inc. (PLG) for land subdivision coordination services through to the completion of the project.

Background:
The City is planning construction of the Marshall Road Connector between Bradner Road and Marshall Road Extension. The new road will provide a new east-west connection for traffic through the City of Abbotsford.
PLG has provided land consulting services on the Marshall Road Connector project since 2016. Given that PLG has provided land consulting services for the project to date, and their unique familiarity with the project, the City plans to retain PLG to provide land consulting services for the remainder of the project in 2022, in the estimated amount of $175,000, plus GST.

Notice of Objection

Anyone wishing to object to this decision must email their objection by January 24th, 2022 no later than 2:00 pm, local time to:

Service providers objecting must provide specific reasons for their objection, along with a statement of their qualifications, eligibility, and ability to provide services of the same or better quality, within the required time frame, as these will be the key criteria with regard to the consideration of the service provider's objection.
