T-07-01-2022 - Consultant Services – Fire Hall 1 – Dormitory Renovation

The City of North Vancouver, is requesting proposals from proponents in response to this Request for Proposal for Consultant Services which will undertake Concept Design, Design Development, and optional Contract Administration services at the North Vancouver City Fire Hall 1 at 165 East 13th Street, in North Vancouver.

The Fire Hall Dormitory Renovation project will be constructed as an Interior Renovation project within the existing North Vancouver City Fire Hall 1, in the City of North Vancouver. The intent of the project is to conduct concept design through construction administration with the City, to renovate the existing open dormitory within the Fire Hall to create more private / separated sleeping quarters. The proponent is expected to provide expertise in architecture and interior design; engineering - mechanical, electrical, and structural if required by the design.
