Description

The purpose of this RFP is to solicit bids from suitably qualified and experienced contractors interested in providing Mechanical Engineering Services relating to the Heating Systems at Keyano College. The College has performed upgrades to the plant equipment in recent years and is now looking to the infrastructure that extends outside the Heating Plant. The College is seeking a qualified Engineering firm to perform a review of the existing systems and provide recommendations, drawings and schematics to upgrade the system to achieve optimal performance. The Engineering firm would also create work packages for construction tender and oversee and sign off on the construction. Dependent on the size and scope of the repairs and upgrades the construction work packages maybe separated into phases as funding for the repairs becomes available.
