Description

The University is seeking firms for the provision of Civil Consulting Services, acting as the Prime Consultant, for the Proposed Watermain Replacement Project. Where required for the scope of work the following subconsultants are to be coordinated by the Civil / Prime Consultant.
· Geotechnical
· Mechanical
· Electrical
· Structural
· Landscape
It is anticipated that the sub consultants will be procured, as required, following the submission of the Concept Design, unless required otherwise. It is also anticipated that the additional consultants will either be appointed directly by the University or via the Prime consultant through the Change Order process. In either circumstance, the Civil/Prime consultant should allow for coordination of any subconsultant services.
