Description

The objective of this RFP is to solicit proposals from qualified engineering consultants experienced and knowledgeable with solar and energy transition projects to enter into a standing offer agreement for the provision of engineering services. Services may include assisting with solar and energy grant applications, preliminary and detail design, and construction management services on an as needed and as requested basis.
