WR21-045 - WR21-045 RFP Eng Consulting Services KSAC Exterior Improvements

The City invites qualified proponents to submit a proposal for WR21-045 RFP for Engineering Consulting Services for KSAC Exterior Improvements.

The City is seeking to retain a consulting team (“Consultant”) to provide professional engineering consulting services for the Kent Street Activity Centre Exterior Improvements project. The project is anticipated to improve building exterior including, but not limited to, sidings, patios, and kitchen ramp extension.

The Consultant will provide services in accordance with the information provided within this Terms of Reference document including, but not limited to, the following:
1) Project Management;
2) Preliminary Design (two options) and Detailed Design;
3) Tender Support;
4) Construction Management; and
5) Close-Out and Warranty.
