This Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is an invitation by The Town of Mulgrave to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the provision of Design Consultant Services for Town of Mulgrave Waste Water Treatment Plant

 Assessments, Authorizations & Efficiencies
 Develop Design Parameters
 Options Evaluation, Professional Recommendations and System Selection
 Pre-Design (Preferred System)
 Detailed Design & Tender Package
