RFT # 210809 - Employee Listening and Culture Strategy Consultant

BC Assessment is seeking a highly qualified single lead consultant or team of no more than 2 consultants to help us design and deliver on our new employee listening strategy and define our corporate culture and values.

BC Assessment anticipates entering into a 9-month contract with the successful Proponent, with a possible extension at BC Assessment's sole discretion.

The awarding of a Contract resulting from the RFT may be subject to funding approval and/or approval by BC Assessment's Board of Directors.

Fees to complete the work as described in this RFT must not exceed $75,000.00 Proposals exceeding this amount will not be considered.

The successful Proponent to the RFT will be eligible to bid on any future work of similar scope and complexity, where a conflict of interest does not exist.

Where a Proponent proposes more than one Consultant to complete work under the RFT, it must submit a separate Proposal for each Consultant.
