Description

The Human Resources Branch at the OSC is seeking to engage one or more respondents to supply confidential consulting services regarding the OSC’s total rewards framework, which encompasses, but is not limited to, OSC employee compensation, benefits and pension schemes as well as all relevant policies in order to ensure that the framework and its associated processes are up-to-date and effective, and that they achieve a balance between legislative restraint, external competitiveness, internal equity and the ability to attract, motivate, engage and retain talent.
