Description

This RFP is an invitation to submit offers for the provision of engineering and architectural services (“Services”) for the construction of the 800 Wing CHP Support Structure (“Project”) in Red Deer, AB. Proponents are to refer to Attachment 2 - 800 Wing CHP Structure Drawing and Photos, which shows the existing CHP structure, CHP lines and roof structure.

A mandatory site visit has been scheduled for July 28, 2021 at 11:00:00 hours MT at Red Deer Polytechnic in Red Deer Alberta. Proponents are required to read the current COVID-19 Information and Training for Partners and Contractors document, provided upon registration for the site visit, and shall comply with RDP‘s COVID-19 rules outlined in the document.

Proposals received will be evaluated via a four stage method in which the highest ranking proponent will be invited to enter negotiations with Red Deer Polytechnic. Red Deer Polytechnic expects that the agreement will begin on September 20, 2021. The term of the agreement is to be for a period of to complete the scope of services.
