GEF Seniors Housing is seeking a Sustainability Framework Consultant to provide the following services.

a. Develop a Sustainability Framework for GEF Seniors Housing under the three (3) pillars of People (Social), Planet (Environmental) and Profit (Financial). The Consultant will propose and measure a set of appropriate commonly used benchmarks or metrics that will set the framework for developing sustainability goals. GEF Seniors Housing will use these goals to track progress towards the metrics.
