Question 1	Having carefully examined the site of the proposed work and all conditions affecting such, as well as the Contract Documents including the Specifications, all Drawings listed in the Specifications, all Amendments, and the Instructions to Bidders for this project; and hereby acknowledge the requirements of the Instructions to Bidders,	Oui
Question 2	WE, THE UNDERSIGNED, offer to furnish all necessary Labour, materials, superintendence, plant, tools and equipment, and everything else required to perform expeditiously and complete in a satisfactory manner the work for the sum as indicated.	Oui
Question 3	Each contract shall commence December 1, 2021 & will expire December 1, 2023 with provision for a one year renewal term to December 1, 2024. The one year renewal shall be automatic unless the Owner, at its sole discretion and without cause, cancels the renewal term by giving the Contractor written notice at least sixty (60) days prior to the end of the initial term. Should the start date on the contract be delayed for any reason, the initial term will expire 24 months following the actual award date.	Oui
Question 4	WE hereby acknowledge receipt of all amendments issued related to this procurement.	Oui
Question 5	We hereby acknowledge that any incorrectly prepared bids may be disqualified.	Oui
Question 6	We hereby acknowledge that bids submitted are exclusive of H.ST. and that H.S.T. will be applied to the overall total price at contract award.	Oui
Question 7	We hereby acknowledge that any applicable Bidding Security submitted is calculated based on the bid price (exclusive of H.S.T.).	Oui
