1. There will be a Respondents’ (virtual prequalification) Conference as noted above in the Preliminary Procurement Schedule. Shortlisted Respondents will have the opportunity for a site visit in or around Fall 2022. A mandatory pre-Bid, on-site tour is expected for Phase Two.
2. Interested Respondents should confirm their attendance and provide the details of the person(s) who will attend by emailing the below information to the Contracting Authority by the date and time as noted in the Preliminary Procurement Schedule, failing which, Respondents may not receive the required conference details before the scheduled date and time of the conference.

3. The conference will be limited to two representatives per interested Respondent. Further instructions will be provided only to Respondents who confirm their attendance as set out in paragraph 2 above and will be provided no later than five business days prior the conference. Respondents who have not received instructions on or before that date should contact the Contracting Authority.
