As the Main Construction Manager for Giant Mine, Parsons Inc. (“Parsons”) is requesting tenders for the procurement of equipment and materials for, and construction of a Pilot Plant at the Effluent Treatment Plant at Giant Mine, located in Yellowknife, Northwest Territories (NWT). Bidder’s tenders shall include the cost for all labor, supervision, materials, equipment and services required to complete the work as outlined in this ITT document and according to the attachments defined in this document.

Event Note

The mandatory pre-bid meeting and site tour is scheduled for April 23, 2018 at 8:00 MST. Bidders are to meet at the 2nd floor meeting area in the C-Dry Building at Giant Mine, Yellowknife, NT. Bidders shall communicate with the Contracting Authority via email no later than three (3) work days before the scheduled visit to confirm attendance and provide the names of the person(s) who will attend. It is mandatory that all persons attending the site visit have the proper safety footwear (CSA approved green patch). Hard hats, reflective vests and safety glasses are also required. Bidder personnel/individuals who do not have the proper safety attire will be denied access to the site. Due to limited space, each company attending will be limited to two (2) representatives. All travel and living costs associated with travel to Yellowknife to attend the mandatory site tour/prebid meeting will be borne by the contractor or their representative.
