Description

As the Main Construction Manager (MCM) for the Giant Mine Remediation Project (GMRP), Parsons Inc.(Parsons) is requesting competitive pricing for the purpose of selecting the best value firms to provide any and all services associated with Master Services Agreement – Civil Works at Giant Mine, located in Yellowknife, Northwest Territories on a Call-up Agreement basis. The Request for Framework Rates (RFFR) pricing must include the cost for all labour, supervision, materials, equipment, and services required to complete the work outlined in this RFFR document and according to the attachments defined in this document. A Master Services Agreement is not a contract but is an offer from a potential supplier to provide goods and/or services at pre-arranged prices, under set terms and conditions, when and if required. A contract is formed when Parsons issues a Call-up Agreement to an MSA approved subcontractor. Bidders who respond to this RFFR agree to accept and be bound by the requirements and conditions of this RFFR document and attachments.
