Do not upload your Submission to MERX. In the subject line of their email, Bidders shall include the following phrase: “Submission 018G22 Diesel-powered Dewatering Pumps”.Submit the following documents in a single email to brad.taylor@parsons.com prior to the Sourcing Closing Date:
• Completed and signed Bid Submission Form
• Completed and signed Basis of Payment Form (pdf)
• Completed Microsoft Excel file of the tables in the Basis of Payment Form
• Optional: Completed and signed Indigenous Opportunities Consideration Commitment Form (“IOCCF”) and, if obtained, a Letter of Support (Note: For clarity, if Bidder does not provide an IOCCF in its submission, Bidder shall be assessed a score of zero points for the Indigenous Opportunities Considerations. In order to receive points for a Letter of Support, the Bidder must include a copy of the Letter of Support along with the IOCCF). The bidder is ineligible for any bonus associated with this area, if no IOCCF commitment is submitted with the bid
