Description:
The Schulich School of Business and the Lassonde School of Engineering are seeking a purpose built application to collect and evaluate interview-based admission, scholarship and other assessments. The purchase is for software to collect, manage, present and evaluate video interviews. We use this software to support our admissions and awards process collecting large numbers of video interview files to be ranked and evaluated.
York will only consider Proposal submissions received from Proponents who have registered with MERX (www.MERX.com) for this competitive bid. Proposal submissions from Proponents who have not registered and obtained this Bid Document directly from MERX will be disqualified.

Delivery Date:
The Selected Proponent is expected to complete the implementation no later than September 3, 2023, such that the system is ready to go live on September 4, 2023. Specific timelines for deliverables/milestones will be mutually agreed to between The Schulich School of Business, the Lassonde School of Engineering, and the Selected Proponent at time of contract Award.
Duration of Agreement:
The initial term of the Agreement shall be for thirty-six (36) months, with one (1) optional twenty-four (24) month extension.

Negotiation:
York reserves the right in its sole discretion to negotiate modifications to any Proposal received without becoming obligated to offer to negotiate with any other Proponent(s).
