Description:
SPaRC Microfabrication Laboratory is seeking one (1) qualified Proponent to supply, deliver and install a UV Mask Alignment System (“UMAS”) for photolithography process. Desirable features of the equipment are specified in the specifications stated in the RFP document.

York will only consider Proposal submissions received from Proponents who have registered with MERX (www.MERX.com) for this competitive bid. Proposal submissions from Proponents who have not registered and obtained this Bid Document directly from MERX will be disqualified.
