Description:
To move toward, and achieve, our Vision for Service Excellence, York is seeking the support and guidance of an experienced and highly qualified firm or firms to assist university leaders in developing and executing a roadmap that will take York from its current service delivery model to its vision state of service excellence. It is expected that the work will be delivered over not more than three (3) years, that the successful proponent will provide qualified and experienced project management and project managers to work side by side University service owners.

York will only consider Proposal submissions received from Proponents who have registered with MERX (www.MERX.com) for this competitive bid. Proposal submissions from Proponents who have not registered and obtained this Bid Document directly from MERX will be disqualified.

This procurement is covered by Chapter 5 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement.

Delivery Date:
Service implemented by a tentative date of June 1, 2020.

Duration of Agreement:
The initial term of the Agreement shall be proposed by the Proponent, not to exceed thirty-six (36) months, with two (2) optional twelve (12) month extensions; for a potential Term of sixty (60) months.

Negotiation:
York reserves the right in its sole discretion to negotiate modifications to any Proposal received without becoming obligated to offer to negotiate with any other Proponent(s).
