The University of Waterloo invites qualified and experienced companies to submit Proposals for photography and videography services (“the Services”), in accordance with the terms of this Request for Proposal (RFP). It is the intent of the University to create a roster of photographers, videographers, video editors and operators who are able to provide services at preferred rates for any number of projects, as they occur throughout the term of the Agreement. The selected service providers will produce photographs and videos, consistent with the university’s brand standards. The University of Waterloo intends to select a number of Successful Respondents for its roster in each in each Product Category: videography, 360o videography/photography, photography, and event photography for its roster that meet or exceed the Requirements identified in the RFP. Respondents will submit their Proposal responses in Bonfire.
