Description

The University of Waterloo invites qualified companies to submit proposals for Snow Removal and Ice Control Services in accordance with the terms of this Request for Proposal.
The University of Waterloo is selecting a Contractor or Contractors, to provide snow removal and ice control services at various on- and off-campus locations.

The University intends to establish a one-year contract, starting on November 15th, 2017, and terminating on April 16th, 2018. Bidders may bid on individual locations, or multiple, with the Main Campus, located at 200 University Avenue West, being considered as one total location.

A MANDATORY SITE VISIT of the Main Campus has been scheduled for 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, September 26th, 2017. Bidders are to meet at the EC2 building (185 Columbia Street West, Waterloo). Please email chenders@uwaterloo.ca no later than 4:30pm, Friday, September 22nd, to confirm your attendance. Bidders are required to attend the site visit of the Main Campus, to familiarize themselves with the requirements and working conditions. Bids received from companies who have not attended the site visit, will be disqualified.
