The University of Waterloo invites qualified companies to submit proposals for extending Netapp support, including warranty, delivered by Netapp (the “Support Services”) in accordance with the terms of this Request for Proposal.

The Agreement start date for NetApp Maintenance and Support Services will be on May 1, 2025. The University of Waterloo is selecting one supplier to provide Support Services for a period from May 1, 2025 to November 30, 2026.
