Description

The University of Waterloo invites qualified companies to submit Proposals for Life/Safety, Fire Protection, Inspection and Maintenance Services in accordance with the terms of this Request for Proposal (RFP). The University of Waterloo intends to select one or more vendor(s) that meet or exceeds the Requirements identified in this RFP.

The successful proponent (if any) would provide annual life safety and fire protection inspections, along with maintenance as proscribed for the University’s Waterloo, Kitchener, Stratford, Aberfoyle and Cambridge Campus locations.
The term of this contract shall be for a period of a three (3) years with the University option to renew for up to 2 additional one year periods.

Your submission must be uploaded, submitted, and finalized prior to the Closing Time of November 6, 2018, 2:30 PM EDT. We strongly recommend that you give yourself sufficient time and at least ONE (1) day before Closing Time to begin the uploading process and to finalize your submission. Bonfire will shut down at the Closing Time of 2:30 pm on the closing day even if you are midway through an upload. Do not leave your upload to the last day/minute. Do not submit your documents in Merx.
