Description

The University of Waterloo invites qualified companies to submit Proposals for Life/Safety, Fire Protection, Inspection and Maintenance Services in accordance with the terms of this Request for Proposal (RFP). The University of Waterloo intends to select one or more vendor(s) that meet or exceeds the Requirements identified in this RFP.

The successful proponent (if any) would provide annual life safety and fire protection inspections, along with maintenance as proscribed for the University’s Waterloo, Kitchener, Stratford, Aberfoyle and Cambridge Campus locations.
The term of this contract shall be for a period of a three (3) years with the University option to renew for up to 2 additional one year periods.
