Description

The University of Waterloo Legal and Immigrations Services department needs to streamline their processes related to intake, tracking, and reporting of legal matters to reduce the amount of time spent on manual administration of the process to better focus on resolution and strategy. The University of Waterloo has recently purchased Business Process Management (BPM) software (Decisions.com) which may or may not be integrated with the successful proponent’s offering in order to fulfill requirements fully.
