The University of Waterloo is undertaking an important recruitment specific to the goals outlined in the RFP. We are seeking the services of a recruiting partner/consultant to assist us with optimizing the search as described in the RFP document:
The success of the hiring initiative for a Tier 1 Indigenous Canada Research Chair depends upon Waterloo’s ability to effectively recruit excellent candidates at the desired level (e.g., Professor or Associate Professor) and aligned to the identified priority areas for each Faculty. It is expected that recruitment will begin immediately.
