The University of Waterloo is interested in establishing a three-year Agreement with a Successful Respondent in which the University of Waterloo may request on demand IST human resources when required to support its implementation of Peoplesoft Campus solutions 9.2.
The Successful Respondent will provide:

- A deep pool of highly skilled IST Personnel with in depth knowledge and experience specifically with Peoplesoft Campus solutions 9.2 Student Services and Peoplesoft People Tools 8.55
- Responsive and timely matching of the right person to the request
- Excellent customer and account management support
- Oversight, and performance management of its Personnel
- Devices and equipment (laptop, office supplies etc.)
