Description

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the University of Ottawa (the “University”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals the supply, the storage and delivery of Examination Booklets as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).
The Office of the Strategic Enrollment Management is looking to explore the possibilities of a joint partnership with the targeted Proponent:

to supply the examination booklets in a timely and professional manner
to provide additional services that potentially enhance the proposal and package (i.e. on-going special pricing and timely delivery, etc.).

Through its mandate, the Office of the Strategic Enrollment Management is interested in participating with the Successful Proponent in any initiatives that are mutually beneficial and can give the University strategic or economic advantages in the areas of administration, research and teaching.
Proponents should provide any evidence of previous partnering arrangements where they have collaborated on mutually beneficial initiatives with clients providing them with strategic or economic value beyond the scope of the supply arrangement. Proven technical and innovative expertise with demonstrated experience in the educational market will be deemed important factors in the selection process.
