Description

The University of Ottawa launched the RFP Room Reservation System to select one proponent which focuses on special room reservations. These special reservations are room reservations that are not part of a class schedule and include conferences, special events and activities. The proposed solution is expected to streamline both university and business operations by maximizing the use resources and increasing efficiency for the broader campus community.

This initiative will support the University of Ottawa by:

Recreating the existing room scheduling capabilities in a more effective manner that will provide the organization and its users value through a simplistic and well-defined change management parameter; and
Addressing the existing challenges associated with room reservations which have created operational inefficiencies.
