Description

This Request for Proposal (RFP) is an invitation by the University to qualified Security Vendors (Proponents) to submit Proposals for the modernization of CCTV monitoring infrastructure as outlined in Appendix H – Statement of Work. While the intent of the RFP is to select a Successful Proponent to conduct the services outlined in Appendix H – Statement of Work, it will also be used to shortlist qualified Vendors to potentially bid on the next phase (Design) if the University decides to proceed with that phase. Refer to Article 2.2.3 for further information on the requirements for Phase 2 (Design) shortlisting.
