Description

The objective of this RFP is to select one Proponent to implement a Queue Management and Appointment Scheduling System at the University of Ottawa that will:

Allow students and visitors to request services remotely.
Improve visibility on estimated wait times, place in the queue, etc. for students and visitors.
Direct visitors and students to the appropriate service or agent.
Facilitate staff planning and assignments to meet demand.
Create a seamless student/visitor experience from the point of service request to service delivery.
More efficient transfers between queues and services
Leverage analytics and business intelligence
Common platform and process across service locations.
