Description

The University of Ottawa is seeking to prequalify roofing contactors to act as General Contractors for the replacement and rehabilitation of the roofs on 21 different houses in the downtown core. The houses are divided into two groups- Group A being 10 houses that require metal roofing and modified bitumen and Group B being 11 houses that require architectural shingles. Firms who meet the mandatory requirements and score a minimum of 75% on the rated submittals will be asked to bid on both groups during April 2019. The work is to be completed by the end of August 2019. Please note there is no scheduled bidder's briefing but questions may be sent to prs-proc@uottawa.ca. Proponent submissions are due before 3:00:00 on Tuesday March 5, 2019.
