Description

The University of Ottawa is seeking bids from qualified General Contractors to do various renovations and upgrades for an exterior pedestrian ramp, the University Centre Loading Dock, structural mechanical and electrical work and landscaping updates. There is a mandatory job showing scheduled for Thursday April 2 at 10:00 a.m. at the University Centre loading dock. As the job site is outside, there will be room for the recommended physical distancing protocol, but if bidders are not comfortable coming on site to the University, a conference call bidder's briefing can be arranged. Bidders wishing this option should contact the University at prs-proc@uottawa.ca to receive conference details. The work will be administered under a CCDC 2 contract with the University Supplementary Conditions. The work is to be completed by November 2020.
Bids are due, including a scanned copy of the Bid Bond, via email to prs-proc@uottawa.ca before 3:00:00 p.m. on Tuesday April 14, 2020.
