Description

The Univesity of Ottawa is seeking to prequalify General Contractors to perform a mjor renovation in Block E at 200 Lees Avenue to creat a Nutrition Lab for purposes of teaching in the Faculty of Health Sciences. The project includes mechanical infrastructure improvements, installation of a commercial kitchen and all other work required to create a teaching space. There is no scheduled job showing for this opportunity and proposals are due to 139 Louis-Pasteur in Room 274 before 3:00:00 p.m. on Thursday December 19, 2019. Please provde four hard copies and 1 soft copy of the proposal, detailing the information required in Section 2.2. Shortlisted contractcors will be informed in mid January and tender documents are scheduled to be ready in mid February. The winning bidder will be expected to sign a CCDC2 contract with the University's Supplementary Conditions, which are attached to this prequalfication.
