Description

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the University of Ottawa Campus Recreation department (the “University”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the supply, delivery and installation of Commercial Fitness Equipment – 2021053-RFP as further described in Appendix D (RFP Particulars) Section A (the “Deliverables”).
The term of the agreement is to be for a period of three (3) years, with an option in favour of the University to extend the agreement on the same terms and conditions for up to two additional one (1) year terms.

Proponents shall provide two separate attachments with the following nomenclature:
1)   Attachment #1: 2021053-RFP_Qualitative Proposal_[Insert proponent’s name] and Attachment #1 must include the following mandatory documents and must not contain any financial pricing information:
i.   Appendix B – Submission form;
ii.   Appendix D Section C – Mandatory submission requirements;
iii.   Appendix D Section D – Mandatory Technical Requirements
iv.   Appendix D Section F – Rated criteria – do not put financial pricing information in this document.
v.   Appendix E – Reference consent form; and
2)   Attachment #2: 2021053-RFP_Financial Proposal_[insert proponent’s name] and Attachment #2 must have which must include the following documents:
i.   Appendix C – Pricing; and
ii.   Supporting financial documentation.
