Description

This Request For Expression of Interest (RFEI) is issued by the University of Ottawa for the purpose of gathering marketplace information to assist in the determination of strategic housing options and development opportunities, and to gauge the level of interest from prospective developers/operators.

The main focus being the replacement of the Brooks Residence site, the redevelopment of the current Leblanc Residence site and the consideration of the Fauteux site, bridging both the Brooks and Leblanc sites. It is anticipated that the two blocks of land can accommodate as many as 2,600 new student beds with a mix of bed/room types.

The University seeks to base future solicitations and partnerships on the findings of this RFEI, strategically leveraging existing opportunities while understanding the full potential of future requirements.
